で「教育において、私たちが知る最良の物差しはIQです。しかし、学校で、人生で好成績を出すことが、素早く容易く物事を学ぶ能力以上のものにかかっているとしたらどうでしょう？」という意味になります。

In education,「教育において」です。in はここでは【分野】を意味します。
the one thing we know how to measure best is IQ. で「私たちが最も良く測り方を分かっている方法は、IQである」です。
best は副詞で「一番に、最良に」です。

But ～「しかし～」
what if ～? で「もし～だったらどうでしょう？」
doing well in school and in life が主語で「学校で人生で好成績を上げること」です。
do well で「うまくいく、好成績を上げる」です。
depends on ～ で「～次第である、～にかかっている」
(on) much more than ～ 「～だけでなく、単に～だけではないものに」です。
more than ～ で「～よりも多く」という意味でおなじみですが、ここでは「単に～だけではない」という意味で使われています。
例：Peace is more than the absence of war.「戦争がないということだけが平和ではない。」
(more than) your ability to learn quickly and easily で「早く容易く学ぶ能力（だけではない）」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
