で「18歳の時、当時はその意味が明確にできなかった何かを求めて探求したギリシャ古典の回廊の突き当りで私が学んだものの多くのひとつが、これでした。ギリシャの著述家プルタルコスが書いたもので『内面で達成したことは、外の現実の世界を変えることになるだろう。』というものです。」という意味になります。

One of the many things で「多くのことの中のひとつ」
the many things (that) I learned で「私が学んだ多くのこと」です。
at the end of that Classics corridor で「あのギリシャ古典の回廊の突き当りで」です。
that Classics corridor で「あの古典の回廊」です。
corridor で「廊下、通廊、回廊」です。通例、各部屋に通じる扉が途中に幾つもあるものを指します。
Classics 一文字目を大文字（キャピタライズ）して「（ローマ・ギリシャの）古典」という意味になります。
(corridor) down which I ventured で「（その回廊の先の方へ）私が探求した」です。
down は ventured down the corridor とつながります。
down ～ は「道などに沿って、下って、向こうの方へと」という意味になります。
at the age of 18, で「18歳の時に」
, in search of something で「ある何かを探して」
(something) I could not then define, で「当時はその意味を明確にできなかった（何か）」です。
define ～ は「～を定義する」という意味ですが、ここでは「（意味や役割などを）明確にする」です。
, was this, で「（その多くのことのひとつ）は、これでした」です。
, written by the Greek author Plutarch で「ギリシャの著述家プルタルコスが書いたもの」です。
コロン（:）で「つまりそれは～」
What we achieve inwardly で「私たちが内面で達成したこと」
will change outer reality.「～は外側の現実を変えることになるだろう」です。
inwardly で「心の中で、内心で」です。
outer reality で「外の現実」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
