で「ハーバード成人発達研究は、今まで行われた中でも最も長期に成人を追跡した研究でしょう。75年間、我々は724名の男性の人生を追跡してきました。毎年毎年、彼らの仕事、家庭生活、健康についてインタビューしてきました。もちろんその間ずっと、彼らの人生がこの先どうなるかは知らずにです。」という意味になります。

The Harvard Study of Adult Development may be the longest study of adult life で「ハーバード成人発達研究は、最長の大人の人生の研究となるでしょう。」となります。
Adult Development は心理学の一分野で「成人発達」という意味になります。
adult life は文字通り「大人の人生」つまり「成人以降の人生」という意味です。
(that) has ever been done で「今まで行われた（ものの中で）」です。
例：the greatest book that has ever been written「これまで書かれた中でも最高の本」

For 75 years, we’ve tracked the lives of 724 men, で「75年間、私たちは～を追跡してきた、724名の男性の人生を」です。
track は名詞では「小道、跡、足跡、わだち」などという意味や「（列車の）線路」という意味があります。
ここでは動詞で「～を追跡する、～の跡をつける、追跡調査する」という意味になります。
the lives of 724 men で「724名の男性の人生」です。
lives は life の複数形となります。

year after year, asking about their work, their home lives, their health, で「毎年毎年、～について尋ねて、彼らの仕事、家庭生活、健康について」です。
year after year は「毎年毎年」です。every year とも言えます。
home life で「家庭生活」です。

and of course「そしてもちろん」

asking all along the way without knowing ～ で「～を知らずに尋ねて、その間ずっと」です。
分かりずらいので、分解すると、
asking without knowing ～
に、all along the way が挿入された形です。
all along the way はひとまとまりで「道中ずっと、その間ずっと」という意味のの副詞句です。

何を知らずにかというと、
how their life stories were going to turn out. で「彼らの人生の物語がどうなっていくことになるかを」です。
turn out は「結果として～となる、結局～だとわかる」という意味の句動詞です。
例：He may turn out to be a great person.「彼は素晴らしい人になるかもしれません。」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

最長の成人の人生の研究かもしれません
