で「そして今日ここで皆さんに聞いてみたい質問があります。皆さんはそのような考え方に対して平気なのですか？何か違和感を感じませんか？」という意味になります。

the question that I want to ask everybody here today までが主語です。
「質問、私がみんなに聞きたい、今日ここで」です。

is “are you guys all cool with that idea?” で「（その質問は）皆さんはその考え方に対して平気なのですか？」です。
is の後に、are you が来るのでびっくりしますが、”” で囲んであると思えばしっくりきますね。
you guys は口語でよく使われる親しみを込めた表現で「皆さん」という意味です。
男性だけでなく女性に対しても使われます。
be cool with that idea で「その考え方に対して平気である」です。
be cool with ～ で「～でいい、～で平気だ、～で構わない」です。
that idea とは前回の「芸術性は結局はいつも苦悶に至るものだ」というい考え方ですね。

Are you comfortable with that? で「あなたたちはそれに違和感を感じないですか？」です。
be comfortable with ～ も同じような意味で「～に平気だ、～に心地よさを感じる」です。
comfortable [カ]ンフタボォは「くつろいだ、ここちよい、心配のない、賛成である」という意味合いです。
例：comfortable with silence「沈黙が苦にならない」、comfortable with the age difference「年齢差など気にならない」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

私が今日皆さんに聞きたい（質問は）

are you guys all cool with that idea?
皆さんはそのような考え方に対して平気なのですか？

Are you comfortable with that?
何か気になりませんか？
