で「さて、もちろんですがこれは、みんな協力することをやめるべきだということではありません。その良い例が、有名な話ですがウォズニアックがジョブズと協力してアップルコンピューターを立ち上げた例です。しかしその一方で、孤独はとても重要だし、人によっては孤独は呼吸する空気だといういことです。」という意味になります。

this does not mean that ～ で「これは～ということを意味しているのではない」となります。

どういうことではないかというと、
we should all stop collaborating で「私たちはみんな共同することをやめるべき」ということです。
stop ～ing で「～することをやめる」です。
collaborate コ[ラ]ボレイトゥで「協力する、共同する、一緒にやる」です。

and case in point, is ～ で「そしてその良い例が～だ」です。
case in point で「よい例、好例、ぴったりした例」という意味の言い回しになります。

その良い例とは
Steve Wozniak famously coming together with Steve Jobs to start Apple Computer で「ジョブズと協力してアップルを立ち上げたウォズニアック」です。
famously は「有名な話で」です。

but it does mean that ～ で「しかし、～ということも意味している」です。
前半の not と繋がって、not ～ but …「～ではなく、…だ」の構文になっています。

solitude matters で「孤独は重要だ（ということ）」です。
matter はこの場合は「重要である、大切な問題になる」という意味の動詞です。
例：Quality matters more than quantity.「量より質が大切だ」

and that for some people it is the air that they breathe. で「そして人によっては孤独は呼吸する空気だ（といういこと）」です。
that は mean の目的格となります。
that節がand で二つつながった形です。
for some people で「ある人にとっては」
it is the air で「それは空気だ」です。
it は solitude を指します。
the air that they breathe で「彼らが呼吸する空気」となります。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

これは～ということを意味するのではありません

we should all stop collaborating —
私たちはみな協力することをやめるべきだ（ということ）

and case in point, is Steve Wozniak
その良い例がウォズニアックです

アップルコンピューターを立ち上げるために

but it does mean that
しかし～ということでもある

and that
