で「ここがこの話で大事なところです。私たちは今こんな状況にいます。雑音と騒音が渦巻く環境の中、全く聞いていない人に向けて、あまり上手くないやり方で話をしているのです。それについて私はこのステージでいろいろな角度からお話してきました。」という意味になります。

This is a serious point here. で「ここが重要なポイントです。」です。
serious は「深刻な、重要な、まじめな」という意味の形容詞です。

This is where we are now, right? で「これが私たちがいる場所ですね？」です。
意訳すると、「私たちは今こんな状況に立たされている。ですね？」です。

This（こんな状況）とは何かというと、
We speak not very well to people who simply aren’t listening in an environment that’s all about noise and bad acoustics. で「雑音と騒音が渦巻く悪い環境の中、全く聞いていない人に向けて、あまり上手くないやり方で話をしている。」というい状況です。
We speak not very well で「私たちはあまり上手くなく話している」です。
not very ～ で「あまり～でない」となります。
to people who simply aren’t listening で「全く聞いていない人々に向けて」です。
people who simply aren’t listening で「全く聞いていない人たち」です。
simply not ～ で「全く～しない」です。
例：simply not fair「不公平としか言いようがない、全く（ただただ）不公平である」
in an environment that’s all about noise and bad acoustics で「雑音や騒音ばっかりの環境で」です。
environment で「環境、周囲の状況」という意味の名詞です。
(environment that) is all about noise and bad acoustics で「雑音や悪い音響ばっかりの（環境）」です。
be all about ～ で「～ばかりである、～がいっぱいである」という意味の言い回しです。
例：It’s all about having fun.「楽しむだけのものだ」
bad acoustics は「悪い音響効果」です。

I have talked about that on this stage in different phases. で「私はそれについて話してきた、このステージ上で、いろいろな面で」です。
in different phases で「いろいろ違った面で、様々な角度から」です。
different ね「違う、いろいろな、様々な」という意味合いになります。
phase は「フェーズ、段階」という意味でおなじみですが、
月の満ち欠けのそれぞれの状態を意味することから、
「（問題・人の性格などの）面、相」という意味もあります。
例：discuss all phases of the program「計画のあらゆる面を検討する」、psychic phase「精神面」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
